How do you source your vintage denim?
Every piece of E.L.V. Denim is made from 100% upcycled vintage denim sourced from textile landfills. We hand-select each pair to ensure high quality and a unique character for every garment.
How do I find the right size?
Since we use vintage materials, sizing can vary slightly. We recommend checking our detailed Size Guide on each product page and comparing measurements to your favorite pair of non-stretch jeans.
What is your shipping policy?
We offer worldwide shipping from our London studio. Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties and taxes.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Yes, we accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery, provided the items are in their original condition with all tags attached. Please note that bespoke or customized orders are final sale.
How should I care for my E.L.V. Denim pieces?
To preserve the life of your denim and minimize environmental impact, we recommend washing sparingly. Spot clean when possible, or wash inside out on a cold, gentle cycle and always air dry.
Do you offer repairs?
We believe in circularity and longevity. If your E.L.V. Denim requires repair due to wear and tear, please contact our customer care team to discuss our repair services.
